Unique hotel, comfy bed, huge bar. Big and gorgeous units and welcoming staff with a simple request. Absolutely gorgeous view of the garden and inclusive and satisfactory breakfast. Great and stunning location in Interlaken, near public transport, train station and shopping mall and Interlaken Ost, west and Wilderswil.

Everything is nice, the room is well priced and neat with balcony as well as a barely working heater. The location is stunning and fantastic, 1 mile from Mystery Rooms. It's near a bus stop which was what I needed. When I am in Interlaken, I like staying here.

Offers amazing and incredible location in a beautiful area. The fact that it's located steps away from a bus stop is a big plus. The hotel has airy and large rooms with balcony, a barely working heater, for instance.

Inclusive breakfasts and decent food available. Marvellous location - near Tellspiele. Walking distance to shopping centres and a bakery across the street. Near a train station, easy to travel around...

I got great value for my money at Mattenhof Resort. The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view. The location was convenient, with downtown and a bus stop within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and even had a sweet house dog that made my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved with more options like omelettes.

Family room with a pleasant mountain view was the best. The place had a family atmosphere.

Its location was PHENOMENAL, short walk to Lauterbrunnen as well as train station and shopping mall.

Convenient check-in, attractive lobby with bar/lounge. Historical building with ongoing restoration efforts. Generous-sized family rooms with balcony and ample space. Kettle provided, though lacking basic amenities. Thin walls, but great view from rooms. Spacious backyard with pond and animals, big garden and swimming pool available. Nearby dining options and bars.
